You know you need to talk to your teen about sex, consent, and relationships. You're just not sure how to start.
Most parents want to get this right. They also worry about saying the wrong thing, or not saying enough. This 75-minute workshop is a first step, a chance to move past the awkwardness, pick up practical strategies, and get your questions answered.
In this workshop, you’ll:
- Move past the awkwardness and find words that feel like yours
- Talk about sex, consent, and relationships without shutting the conversation down
- Understand what your teen needs to hear from you, and when
- Get your questions answered about staying connected as they navigate dating and relationships

A 6-Week Group, In-Person Group in Vienna, Va
Supporting Your Teen Through Relationships, Dating, & Consent
Alongside other parents, develop practical skills to navigate important conversations that align with your family values.
The teen years move fast. Dating, friendships, and growing independence arrive before you feel ready. This small, six-week group goes deeper than a single session, with a curated cohort of parents facing the same thing.
Over six weeks, you’ll:
- Move past the awkwardness and find words that feel like yours
- Talk about sex, consent, and relationships without shutting the conversation down
- Understand what your teen needs to hear from you, and when
- Connect with other parents navigating the same season
